1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency and Conversion

All player balances on kcg999 are held in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to standard Bangladeshi payment methods. For Visa or Mastercard transactions processed in a foreign currency, conversion to BDT will be handled by your card issuer at their applicable rate. kcg999 does not apply its own currency conversion charges.

5 Betting & Casino Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino game activity on kcg999. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within the relevant game or sports section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Sports Betting

Sports bets placed on kcg999 are final once confirmed. Before confirming a bet, please review the stake, selection, and odds carefully. kcg999 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within the relevant settlement window.
• The odds were published due to a manifest technical error or human error and are materially different from the correct market price.
• The bet was placed after the event outcome was known (late bet settlement error).

In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the player's kcg999 wallet. kcg999's decision on the settlement of sports bets is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these terms.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kcg999's total liability to any player in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their kcg999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusions of Liability

Dispute Resolution

Severability

The remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
